Eli Holzman is the founder and CEO of The Intellectual Property Corporation. He began his career in 1996 in the feature film department at Miramax Films in New York. At Miramax he co-founded the company's television department, helped to create Project Greenlight and created Project Runway. In September 2008, Holzman founded Studio Lambert USA, where he became president of AIl3Media America, where he launched and Executive Produced Undercover Boss, the #1 new show of the 2009-10 season and the highest rated reality premiere of all time. Holzman has been nominated for the Emmy Award 10 times - winning twice - and nominated for the Producers Guild Award 3 times.
ERIC EVANGELISTA, Board Director
Founding Partner, Hot Snakes Media
In the past three years Eric Evangelista has sold over $60 million worth of content including seven seasons of TLC’s hit franchise Breaking Amish. Every show coming out of Hot Snakes Media is created and developed internally. Eric has developed, produced and directed the two highest ever first season series in the history of both Discovery Channel and TLC. This year brings the company its first scripted project, several new reality series as well as over a dozen pilots and development deals.
Before forming Hot Snakes Media Eric Evangelista spent 14 years as a news producer and two years under an overall deal at Endemol as an in-house Executive Producer and format creator.
GREGORY LIPSTONE, Board Director

Greg Lipstone joined All3Media America as CEO in 2015. Prior to joining All3Media America, Lipstone was founding partner and board member at ICM Partners, where he oversaw the agency's international television and media department. Lipstone is credited with packaging numerous successful television series including Dancing with the Stars (ABC), The Office (NBC), Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares (FOX), Wilfred (F/X), Skins (MTV), Ugly Betty (ABC), Chrisley Knows Best (USA), and Undercover Boss (CBS). Lipstone is the third generation of a family who has devoted over 100 years working in the entertainment business.

BEN SAMEK, Board Director

Ben Samek has served as Chief Operating Officer, Endemol Shine North America, since March 2015. He originally joined Endemol in 2014. Samek manages the company's relationships with subsidiary companies Authentic Entertainment, 51 Minds, Original Media and True Entertainment. He oversees the company's operations and corp dev activities: HR, finance, franchise team, as well its digital group "Endemol Shine Beyond". Prior to his current role, he served as COO for 51 Minds where he helped grow the company into an industry heavyweight.
AMELIA D'ENTRONE, Board Director

Amelia is co-owner of Punched in the Head Productions. She facilitated 12 years of growth, leading the company since its inception in 2004 to a mature, full service production company. Amelia oversees development and production at PITH's Brooklyn headquarters. She has produced series for MTV, Bravo, History Channel, A&E, Food Network, Sesame Workshop and many others. Most recently, Amelia Executive Produced the critically acclaimed and Emmy nominated special, "White People", for MTV and helped launch the History Channel's new multi-platform digital project, “History Now". Amelia is excited by the many creative and business opportunities coming into focus as the industry changes and would look toward helping our field adapt to those changes in ways that favor and support third parties.
ELLI HAKAMI, Board Director

Elli recently oversaw the East Coast Production and Development teams at MTV as Executive Vice President, Current Series and Programming. Elli oversaw several returning series including: Catfish, The Challenge, Snooki and Jwow as well as specials that fall under the True Life banner. Prior to MTV, Elli served as the Senior Vice President of Programming and Production at BBC Worldwide Productions where she oversaw the development, talent and production teams for their Unscripted Department. Elli was responsible for tripling the studios output and building a prolific production unit that attracted top tier talent.
JOHN MCVAY, Board Director
Chief Executive, Pact (UK)
John has been involved in program making as a producer, consultant and trainer since 1986. He has held a variety of positions in the creative industries, including founding Director of the Research Centre for Television and Interactivity and Director of Training and Education at Scottish Screen. He was a board member of Skillset, Chairman of the Skillset TV Investment Committee and President of CEPI, the pan-European TV producers' association.
At Pact he led the successful campaign that resulted in significant changes to the 2003 Communications Act. These changes led to the UK having the world’s most creative and commercially successful independent TV production sector. John attends and contributes to many UK government forums on the creative industries and trade and investment.
John is the current Chair of the Creative Diversity Network.
JOHN POLLAK, Board Director
President Global Distribution, Electus International
John Pollak oversees the international strategy and execution for the growing slate of programming within Electus and its content labels. Pollak also leads distribution of Electus’ programming as well as programs and formats from other well-known third party providers. Pollak has been responsible for distributing such ground breaking series as Fashion Star, the Jane The Virgin format, Running Wild With Bear Grylls and the Jerusalem film.
Prior to joining Electus, Pollak was EVP and Head of Worldwide Sales for Shine International. During his tenure, he was responsible for identifying, exploiting and selling television content for the international market and structuring major Shine International partnerships and deals with top broadcasters. Pollak was part of the sales drive for some of the world’s most successful non-scripted formats including Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?, The Biggest Loser, American Gladiators, The Moment of Truth, MasterChef and The Listener.
TEMPLE WILLIAMS, Board Director
COO, 51 Minds
Williams first worked with 51 Minds as Executive Vice President and General Manager from 2009 to 2012. In the Interim, Williams served as Chief Operating Officer of Tony DiSanto and Liz Gateley’s, DiGa Vision in New York City. Earlier in his career, Williams spent ten years at Viacom in various production roles including Senior Vice President of Production at MTV and later, Senior Vice President of Production for the Viacom Entertainment Group which includes Comedy Central, Spike TV and TV Land. Williams began his career as Managing Director of the Tony Award winning Lookingglass Theatre Company in Chicago.
